As many of our garments are handcrafted and made-to-order, slight variations in color, print placement, patchwork, embroidery, and finishing may occur. These variations are part of the uniqueness of each piece and are not considered defects.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without notice.

Full payment is required before an order is processed. Saanjh Co. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to pricing errors, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Made-to-Order & Custom Orders

Many Saanjh Co. products are produced specifically after an order is placed.

Custom Orders and 101 Orders are created according to customer-provided specifications, measurements, and design requirements.

• Additional charges may apply for customizations, alterations, or special sizing requests.

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements and details.

• Once confirmed, custom orders cannot be modified, cancelled, refunded, or returned.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery timelines are provided for reference only and may vary due to production schedules, courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Saanjh Co. shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party shipping providers.

6. Exchanges, Returns & Refunds

Saanjh Co. does not offer returns or refunds on any purchases.

We offer exchanges only for eligible size-related concerns, subject to approval and our Exchange Policy.

All Custom Orders and 101 Orders are strictly non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.

7. Product Care

Customers are responsible for following the care instructions provided with each garment. Saanjh Co. is not responsible for damage resulting from improper washing, handling, storage, or use.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including photographs, designs, artwork, graphics, logos, text, and product concepts, is the property of Saanjh Co. and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability
