  • Made-to-order and customized pieces require additional production time and are generally dispatched within 7–21 business days, depending on the complexity of the order.

  • During launches, sales, festive seasons, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.

Shipping Within India

  • We ship across India through trusted courier partners.

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.

  • Standard delivery timelines typically range between 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination.

International Shipping

  • International shipping is available for select locations.

  • Delivery timelines vary by country and courier service.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or local charges imposed by their country.
