Return, Exchange & Custom Order Policy

At SaanjhCo., every piece is thoughtfully crafted with care and many of our products are made-to-order. We encourage customers to review all product details, sizing information, and measurements before placing an order.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges only in the event of a size issue, subject to the following conditions:

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the order.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original condition with all tags intact.

  • Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to us for exchange.

  • An exchange handling and shipping fee may apply.

  • Exchanges are subject to fabric availability and production timelines.

No Returns or Refunds

  • We do not accept returns.

  • We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or returned.

Custom & 101 Orders

All Custom Orders and 101 Orders are made specifically according to the customer's requirements, measurements, and preferences.

  • Custom and 101 Orders are strictly non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.

  • An additional customization charge may apply depending on the design, alterations, or sizing requirements.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements and specifications at the time of placing the order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

In the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the issue. Our team will review the request and provide an appropriate resolution.
