Refund policy

At Saanjh Co, we want you to be confident in your purchase. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.

RETURNS

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received
  • Unworn or unused
  • With original tags attached
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the item. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it appropriately.

ONE-OF-ONE & 101 COLLECTION ITEMS

Products from our 101 Collection and other one-of-one wearable art pieces are created as singular works.

Returns for these items are only accepted in cases of:

  • Incorrect item received

Normal variations in texture, paint, patchwork, or construction are intentional and are not considered defects.

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 30 days, without providing a reason.

Returned items must:


  • Be unworn or unused

  • Have original tags

  • Be in original packaging

  • Include proof of purchase

REFUNDS

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at saanjhco@gmail.com.
